Applications by Dependants

As a Tier 1 General Migrant, your dependants (children under 18 years of age, or your husband, wife, civil partner, unmarried partner or same-sex partner) can apply for permission to or stay with you in the UK.

If you and your dependants apply at the same time, you will be eligible to pay a reduced application fee.
